Cancellation Policy
In the event of no show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice clients that have paid a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be responsible for the the remaining balance. When an appointment is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to reserve your next visit. To avoid paying a deposit twice, you may reschedule once per booking if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Clients who have not paid a deposit will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled services. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. If you are 15 minutes or more late you will receive an email at the 15 minute mark and your card will be charged the remaining balance for the service.
